Coming from a dance background, having started ballet at 11, I’ve always been incredibly grateful for the joy that movement practices have brought to my life.

My aim in any class is to create an awareness of the connection between one’s mind and body and to provide each student with the tools to further their practice both on and off the mat. My classes offer each student an opportunity to challenge themselves in a safe space and find a strength within themselves that they may not have known they had.

With teaching experience in many forms of yoga (vinyasa, power, yin/restorative and aerial), Pilates and Barre for groups and individuals I believe I can offer a unique experience in every class.
